The request form captures all of the information we need, such as quantity, delivery timeline, and billing/shipping information, to successfully fulfill your order.
Pricing
Discounts for bulk orders are 10 percent per publication. The discount is not tiered. The total cost includes publications and shipping.
Payment Options
Options include credit card or purchase order/check. Payment can be remitted before or after the order ships. Landmark Outreach coordinates payment with the person indicated on the request form.
Returns
Once the order is finalized and prepared for shipment, quantities are final. No reductions or returns. Organizations typically base their final amount on actual or anticipated event registration numbers and budget.
Shipping
Shipping is by USPS and includes priority and media mail options. Shipping details can be entered into the request form. Recipient to conduct package tracking.
Issues
We appreciate the reporting of any issues 7 business days in advance of any event to allow time to resolve any issues.
